How To Make Money Online With Paid Surveys - 5 Reasons Why You Should Not Even Sign Up

At the beginning of 2008, I decided that I wanted to make a bit of extra income online and the first opportunity that I came across was Paid Surveys.

I thought to myself this sounds easy enough and the rewards are fantastic for just answering a few questions about me, my holidays and most aspects of life.

So I signed up to a website which gave me information about various different companies that offer paid surveys. This is what I found and and the reasons why I would not recommend it.

1. You have to sign up with a lot of companies and it is very time consuming. Entering your details over and over again. Having to choose user names and passwords to remember. Answering all the eMails that you are sent - Already slightly bored but show me the money!

2. The companies very often do not even offer money for paid surveys. The most I have ever been offered for a survey is ￡1 or $2. A lot of the companies offer points which can be exchanged into gift vouchers or items from their online store. Very few offer cash or exchanging points into cash - Not very happy now but will persevere to find the money.

3. The paid surveys can take up to 45 minutes to complete and once you have done a few it becomes very tedious and boring. So for 1 hour spent say doing 2 surveys you get $2 plus 100 points which equates to 10% off a things you would not want anyway. Great! - Getting a little angry now.

4. If you sign up with a lot of companies you spend most of your time sorting through eMails that you receive instead of actually doing the paid surveys - Right that's it I've had enough of this.

5. I found Affiliate Marketing - The smile returns to my face and my hope of earning some money is restored.

The concept of Affiliate Marketing is quite simple. You promote products for a commission. The potential to earn money is massive and there are plenty of people who have been very successful and given up their day jobs to work full time. Not me by the way but I'm getting there

So say goodbye to Paid Surveys and find a better way to make money online.
